Free shipping applies to items shipped to the lower 48 United States only. Please inquire for shipping costs to Alaska and Canada. All items are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.  Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery once item has shipped. Insurance is included in the shipping price. We will not ship by US Postal Service under any circumstances. They are too unreliable and your time and money is too valuable. Although we will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery, Western Wall Tents makes no guarantees that packages will be delivered within a specific time period.

Canadian customers are charged actual UPS Standard shipping charges. These shipping charges do not include brokerage fees or duties and provincial taxes, which are collected by the freight company at the time of delivery. The customer is solely responsible to paying these fees upon receipt of the package. Return will not be accepted unless first approved due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Returns are allowed within 30 days for an exchange of a similar item or for repairs, and only due to faulty material or workmanship.  Western Wall Tents will determine whether the item should be repaired or exchanged. Exchanges are not allowed for damages due to normal wear and/or abuse or neglect.  Products are not warranted against leaking, mildew, rust, or acts of nature beyond our control.
